We are proud to support communities in the GTA through Homeless Connect Toronto. From October 25 – 29, the Homeless Connect Toronto team hosted five Community Connect events with partners throughout the City, including hotel programs and neighbourhood drop-in centres.
Individuals connected to 247 on-site appointments and that number jumps up to 437 connections, including the number of guests who accessed the shoe & clothing bank.
