Thank you Athletic Knit for donating with us last month! Their first donation of 10 skids (4,800 Lbs) included jerseys and jockey socks.
Their second donation of 5,000 Lbs went to Winnipeg through Trucks for Change. This organization works with trucking companies to donate truck space to help charities distribute donated food and materials across Canada.
Since 2011, Trucks for Canada has helped to distribute over 17 million pounds of donated food and materials, much of it in trucks “going there anyway”. Learn more about the organization here.
